Planning Comments

We organise our planning comments by financial year (April to March). The latest comments are at the top of the list below, which is continuously updated throughout the financial year.

We have a small volunteer team who review the weekly planning list published by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority, focussing on applications likely to have a major and significant impact. We welcome contact from parishes, local residents and other interested parties bringing to our attention significant applications within or close to the National Park. We also respond to major public consultations affecting the National Park, often in partnership with Campaign for National Parks and kindred organisations.
