This is a great way directly help our charity’s work to protect and enhance of the Dales – an internationally important and nationally protected area.
Our charity receives no government funding and we rely almost entirely on voluntary contributions from people, communities and businesses as subscriptions, donations and legacies.
This voluntary income is essential to fund our campaigning costs, our modest office space and three part time members of staff – as well as the costs of the Review and events – all of which are produced or led by volunteers.
We have around 1,500 members across Britain and overseas, which adds enormously to our voice when we stand up on your behalf “for the Dales”. Please do become a Friend of the Dales today!
